The 21-day group challenge will include:
- 2-Hour Live Sessions: One at the beginning, one at the end of the challenge
- Breathwork Exercise: A technique to promote relaxation + emotional balance
- Supportive Community: Access to a private online group to share experiences, insights
- Individual Support: Receive individual support from me if/when you feel stuck
- Accountibility Partner : Option to pair with another participant for mutual support and motivation
